Masterpiece Hong Kong

Ben Brown Fine Arts is proud to be part of the inaugural Masterpiece Pavilion debuting at Fine Art Asia fair in Hong Kong, October 4-7^th, 2019.  Masterpiece, the celebrated London art fair, will now bring its unique mix of exhibitors offering fine art, antiques, design, and jewelry, spanning from antiquity to contemporary, to Asia.  Ben Brown Fine Arts will be exhibiting Claude Lalanne's Choupatte, 2014, an iconic and whimsical objet that surrealistically anthropomorphizes a cabbage atop chicken's feet and François-Xavier Lalanne's Singe Avisé (Grand), 2005, a large-scale, angular sculpture of a majestically upright, pensive monkey.  Also presented in the selection is Gerhard Richter's Ohne Titel, 1970, a sublime, nuanced grey painting that bridges the artist's photo paintings and abstractions, at a pivotal point in his career.  Ben Brown Fine Arts looks forward to being part of this unparalleled fair and its introduction to the Asian market.
